Walked by Hau Fok Street and got attracted by their desserts. At first I wanna try both their signature Pistachio Paste Tofu Pudding and the 🍨 Durian Sorbet, but was too full and could only tried one of them🥲. As their signature item, the dessert was made with the imported Italian Pistachio with using a specific stone mill. The paste was aromatic with the nut's fragrance, smooth yet with a bit of grainy texture so you know they ground it themselves from the raw material. The tofu pudding inside was silky and able to balance out the sweetness and made it easy to finish the whole dessert. Also, good for those who wanna have more control on their Kcal intake, they offers the dessert with less sweetness or even the Japanese natural sweetener.
