5月1日勞動節，去完赤柱拍拖後，我們就去了銅鑼灣食晚餐。在拉麵和越南河之間，我們最終揀了這間新式的越南河。Today was Labour Day, after going to Stanley, my girl and I went to Causeway Bay to have dinner.We decided to eat either ramen or pho, and finally we went to this modern pho restaurant.至尊河粉包括了生熟牛柳片/牛腩/牛肉丸/牛栢葉/牛尾/牛展/扎肉。湯底比較濃，第一次食牛尾，太肥膩。Supreme Combo included medium rare filet mignon, briskets, beef balls, tripe, oxtail, beef shank, and cha lua.The soup was rich in flavour. 湯底比較濃，第一次食牛尾，太肥膩。
Supreme Combo included medium rare filet mignon, briskets, beef balls, tripe, oxtail, beef shank, and cha lua.
The soup was rich in flavour. It was my first time to eat oxtail, too heavy for me.

將微暖的豬頸肉沾些魚露，然後夾在生菜裏食。
豬頸肉若然不沾魚露，味道略淡。
Grill pork jowl with lettuce may not limit to Vietnam, but maybe South East Asia.
The pork jowl was a bit light in taste if you did not eat with fish sauce.
題外話/補充資料：
假期店內人亦不多，但很多人透過外賣apps叫外賣。
There were not much people even it was holiday, but many people ordered delivery through apps.
