尖沙咀必試印度餐廳🤩🤩上網搵到呢間新開嘅印度餐廳，睇個裝修都幾靚仔，於是就決定去試一個午餐。點咗：🌟Chandani Chowk Ki Tikki Chaat - $98呢一個真係必試。餐廳經理同我哋介紹Chaat係一樣印度嘅傳統食物，而且唔同地方都有唔同款式嘅Chaat，我哋今次就揀咗呢一款。加咗乳酪嘅呢汁非常之開胃，汁醬下面係雞同豆，雞唔乾，汁醬好味，勁推介！🐥Chicken Tikka Amhara - $138Chicken Tikka都係一個常見嘅印度菜，其實即係燒雞。呢個超惹味，雖然係燒，唔單止唔乾，仲好juicy! 🥯Hummus - Hummus其實係中東菜，就係以麵包去沾以豆造成嘅醬料嚟食。因為食完頭兩個菜之後，我同我朋友都已經有啲飽，但我哋又好想試呢個，所以就叫咗一個細啲嘅份量黎試，都幾唔錯！🍨Paan ice cream - 呢個應該係佢哋鎮店之寶。Paan 中譯盤安，係一種香料。而呢個雪糕就係用呢種香料製造出嚟嘅雪糕，餐廳經理話唔係好多印度餐廳會有，但佢呢度唔止有，仲要係自家製，聽到係咁，就即刻點一個嚟試吓。口味係有少少特別，因為我本身都好鍾意印度嘅香料，我自己

The must try Indian restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui🤩🤩
While I was looking for a nice Indian restaurant on internet, I found Carat and attracted by its decor, I decided to come to here to have the lunch.
This restaurant serves Indian, Italian and Mediterranean food and I ordered the Indian and Mediterranean food in this restaurant!
I ordered:
🌟Chandani Chowk Ki Tikki Chaat
(Spiced potatoes & white peas, yogurt, tamarind & mint chutney) - $ 98
I love this dish and highly recommend this one! The chicken are juicy. While the portion is big, the yogurt in the sauce balanced with other ingredients, making it my favourite dish in this meal.

🐥Chicken Tikka Amhara - $138
(char grilled chicken marinated in crushed red chilli flakes and seasoned with authentic Indian spices) - it’s always nice to have some juicy grilled chicken and again, the sauce makes it special and not replaceable. Another dish that I really like in this meal.
🥯Hummus (Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice)
While both me and my friend felt a bit full already after the 1st two dishes, I am still so tempted to have this one, we checked and we ordered a smaller size one. Hummus is a traditional dish in Middle-East which is a dish that people dip the sauce with the bread and the Hummus here is good!
Paan ice cream - $62
While I dunno what to order for the dessert, the restaurant recommended this one to us. He said it’s a in-house made ice cream and not easy to find in HK. Paan is very new to me but I found this ice cream is really nice, so I finished it in a heartbeat!
Lassi Mango - the must order drinks in an Indian restaurant and this one is as good as in like the other dishes.
Last but not least, I want to thank you the hospitality of the restaurant staff, especially the Manager, Shyam. Your hospitality is definitely one of the many reasons that I will come back to have the meal again!
