Booked for late lunch (14:00) to get an extra $75 discount.Arrived around 13:57. The waitress lead me to a 6-seat table!Since the buffet foods would be collected at 14:30, I grabbed all I needed at one time and begun to eat afterwards.Seafood: Japanese spider crab, mussels, frozen shrimps and little lobster(didn't take)Soup: oxtail soup with carrot and radish. Soup: oxtail soup with carrot and radish. (booked in Cantonese way)
Salad bar: up to now the best salad bar in hotel restaurants. There are various types of international types of salads. They even include Shanghai Sweet and Sour Ribs as well as greenbean sheet with shredded chicken! But my favourate should be those containing prawns.
Hot dishes: steamed fish, BBQ ribs, Cha Sui, Sui Mei, Indian masalas, tempura. May improve if more vegatables are provided.
Dessert: Fruits are too limited (only four types). So had to have ice cream and cakes, though they taste good.
Don't like the waitress walking around the area beside me, as if I would steal something from the buffet into my pocket.
They forgot to give me the steamed razorfish so I also didn't bother to ask.
Overall, quite a bargain for $180(service charge included.)
