Randomly went here because it was empty and there were lots of noodles to choose from.I chose the noodles topped with dried prawn roe in sesame oil.You can also choose pork lard but not my cup of tea.This was fragrant and flavoured by the salty prawn roe.Also had the soup noodles with pig's blood jelly, vinegared pork trotters, aged citrus peel fish balls and noodles made with Mountain yam.I really liked the silky thin white noodles because it absorbed the broth.A nice joint to visit if you are
