I think this is my best dining experience this year! The food, the environment and the environment here are very good, and I would highly recommend this place to my friends.I came here for a dinner with a friend, when we entered, the staff are very friendly and bring us to our dining table. I came here for a dinner with a friend, when we entered, the staff are very friendly and bring us to our dining table. The environment here is comfortable and chill, the food listed on the menu looks so appealing to me, they also have an iPad to show the photos of the food for the customers to refer to.
For starter, we ordered the warm romaine salad. For drinks, the staff recommended us to try the bottled organic drinks. The organic drink is cold pressed juice, I tried the green apple with cucumber cold pressed juice.
For the main dish, I ordered a homemade beef burger. For the deserts, we ordered their new signature dessert - Pop mountain.

Warm Romaine salad has a nice presentation. At the centre of the salad, there is a soft poached egg. The salad is surrounded by avocado salsa sauce and tomatoes. It tastes fresh, I love the avocado sauce and peanuts, they enhanced the overall flavour of the salad.

My burger looks very appealing. The bun is freshly made by the chef. There are some poppy seeds inside the buns. The appearance of the burger looks a bit different from the burgers I usually have. The burger is filled with beef, caramelized onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes. There is also some ketchup in it to enhance the flavour, it stimulates my appetite.
There are some potato wedges next to the burger. I quite like the potato wedges as they are very crispy, some potato wedges are made with purple potato mashes. The burger is also served with some salad.

The highlight of the night is the desserts - the pop mountain, it has a very nice presentation.
When the dessert is served on our dining table, the staff sprinkled some Himalayan pink salt on top of the dessert. Before we started to try it, we already smell some corn smell.
The Pop mountain is made with popcorn, corn ice cream, corn dressing.
The ice cream has a smooth texture when it started to melt, but overall, it is a bit icy, I really love this icy texture especially during this hot weather.
The corn flavour stands out, the sweetness is moderate, it tastes really good. This is my first time to have desserts in corn flavour, I couldn't believe that desserts in corn flavor can be that tasty and delicious!
