Friday's Night was really a good moment for me to find out the good restaurants. Located in mid-level Central, CHASKA is certainy one of my favourite Northern indian restaurants in Central. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of their dishes. Paneer Makhani Naanza. Naanza is a word combining Naan and pizza that is a crispy naan bread topped with flavorful and creamy cottage cheese cubes and veggies. So it was just like a pizza with an Indian twist. The paneer, indian style cheese was soft and smooth, and the makhani sauce was sweet and tangy. The veggies like tomatos and onions added some crunch and freshness, and the naan bread was crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. It was a filling and satisfying dish that I would definitely order again.
CHASKA is a great place to enjoy authentic and tasty Indian food in a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The service was attentive and courteous, and the prices were reasonable! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian cuisine or wants to try something new.
