Today I dined out with my husband again and went to "Oyster Cove” which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Judging by the name alone, it's clear that this small restaurant is renowned for its oysters, so of course, we couldn't miss out on trying them. We ordered a platter of assorted oysters and we loved it👍The platter featured a variety of exquisite oysters, each with its own unique flavor profile. The platter featured a variety of exquisite oysters, each with its own unique flavor profile. The Tarbouriech oysters (pink) had a delicate and slightly salty taste that was truly enjoyable. The Gillardeau oysters, equally impressive, had a creamy texture and subtle sweetness that was simply enchanting❤️
The Speciales de claire oysters added a touch of complexity to the platter with their earthy and nutty flavors. The Tia Maraa Pearl oysters, on the other hand, were a true gem, with their rich and milky taste lingering in the mouth. And the Masses oysters, crisp and refreshing, provided a perfect balance to the other flavors😆
In addition to the oysters, we especially enjoyed the live Ark Shell from Hokkaido. It had a plump texture and a hint of sweetness, adding diversity to the platter. The Hokkaido scallops were tender and juicy, while the Cherry Stone Clams contributed a touch of saltiness and freshness😊
To complement the platter, we also ordered a delicious lobster pasta. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the creamy sauce added richness to the dish. The clam soup cooked with sake and garlic provided comfort and a burst of flavors😋
Overall, the fresh and high-quality ingredients and artful presentation of the dishes made it a memorable dining experience tonight😁
