Otto Restaurant (已結業)

Found this newly opened restaurant and it did surprise me with its quality of food and the price was very reasonable. The steak was good and the spicy linguini was delicious. Also the Caesar salad was fresh! Sincere service, lovely decor and the music was so relaxed.
