It was a rainy afternoon and suddenly remembered someone had recommended this restaurant. So just simply went there.It was my very first time to go to the Science Park. But, I immediately fell in love with the environment of there. It located next to a highway and far away from the urban areas. It gave me a strong feeling as I was in a foreign country, haha! It was my very first time to go to the Science Park. But, I immediately fell in love with the environment of there. It located next to a highway and far away from the urban areas. It gave me a strong feeling as I was in a foreign country, haha!
This restaurant was not very crowded. The interior design of Meraviglia Bar e Ristorante was excellent. The wall of the whole restaurant was made by glass so I was able to enjoy the wonderful view of the outside. The waiter showed me the tea set menu and left. Everything here was no hurry, very relaxed. After a while, I ordered a Movenpick ice cream, tiramisu and a 10 inches Pizza Tascana, to be honest, I cannot remember the name of my choice. Of course, I did asked for some explanation about “Pizza Salami” and “Pizza Tascana”. The differences between them were quite simple actually, one was suitable for vegetarians and other was made by some Italian sausages and meats.
After a while, the ice cream arrived. I chose vanilla flavour. Rather than just a sphere of ice cream, there was some chocolate sauce, which I would say not just for decoration, spread on it. Movenpick ice cream was very creamy and smooth. The taste became a bit more sophisticated when the ice cream was accompanied by the chocolate sauce. The tiramisu arrived after I finished the ice cream. The appearance of it was good. The taste was very fine but to me, there was room for improvements. The texture of the cake was great, but the taste of chocolate should be stronger and the cake should be a bit cooler. A long time later, my pizza was ready. However, the waiter said there was a mistake because they mistakenly made the vegetarian one for me. I did not think it was a big problem so I accepted this pizza. Italian pizza was completely different from the American one. It was thin and with lots of cheese. It was very crispy and hot. I was sure that it was freshly baked. The cheese smelled brilliantly and it tasted wonderful. The vegetables on the top were excellent and I loved the cheese! Lastly, I ordered a cup of coffee. The fragrance was quite rich. The taste was strong than a usual one but when I let the coffee to stay in my mouth for a longer time, the taste was very good.
In conclusion, this restaurant was a good place for people who want to enjoy a leisure meal and the environment. Although it locates at a quite remote place, the time spends on travelling is worthwhile.
