What I really like about their customized options is that I could choose a mixture of broths. Picked a savory combo of curry and satay which didn't disappoint me. The fish balls had well absorbed the flavor of the curry sauce.

◆Choy Sum in Beef Brisket Broth
Guests could pick soy sauce/oyster sauce/beef brisket broth. The beef brisket broth was so intense and delectable. Choy sum was sweet and braised to the right point.
