Flavorful chicken wings and pig red. Soft and juicy radish. The beef broth was just as rich and tasty.
◆Pig Trotters in Red Fermented Bean Curd
4 big pieces of nicely braised pig trotters. Gelatinous skin and tendons. Tender meat.
◆Choy Sum in Beef Brisket Broth
Guests could pick soy sauce/oyster sauce/beef brisket broth. The beef brisket broth was so intense and delectable. Choy sum was sweet and braised to the right point.
