The first restaurant we tried in sky dining 101 (ICC), we love the place with a magnificent view!! We have reserved the window seat, ordered 5-couse lunch for today.Surprised us the starter was a big seafood platter, oysters was fresh and other seafood were delicious as well. From left to right, they are smoke salmon, foie gras mousse, poached egg with sliced pork, pumpkin soup and quinoa salad.
I love the foie gras so much, which is so smooth and the mousse brings out the aroma of the foie gras. And the pork is quite match with the poached egg, tasty!
Main course we have duck breast and Salmon.
Duck breast was a bit over cooked, not quite impressive.
For the Salmon, love the presentation but taste was ok.
Luckily the dessert didn’t disappoint us.
We have chocolate soufflé, kiwi ice-cream, raspberry jelly cake, pear apple crisp, fig tart...and the one I love most -duck, it was a mango & yogurt mousse inside, so refreshing!!
We have a relaxing 3 hours lunch there😋 😋
