For a second I thought Blastille of Seoul (Koreaherald had a full report on it when it opened its door in Apr14 http://m.koreaherald.com/view.php?ud=20140530001447) has set up a branch in HK but wait a minute, everything including the menu, serving ware, presentation, is almost the same except for the shop name!Hm...?In my opinion, the soft cream isn't as good as the Seoul originator. We had respectively tried just for the sake of trying:
Chocolate and Himalayan salt Hokkaido milk base - I asked for a more generous healing of Himalayan salt to be scrub atop, otherwise couldn't taste nothing.

Sangria - alcohol flavour soft serve is gimmicky but I'd say it tasted like gelato more than soft cream?
