The 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘁 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟰𝟴𝟴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮) seemed like a no-brainer, especially with all those appetizers. To sweeten the deal, we threw in dessert for +HKD48 and treated ourselves to a pair of boozy delights (red wine, white wine, or sangria) for an additional HKD88.
We couldn't get enough of the crispy 𝗜𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁 with its heavenly creamy filling. The 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 was beautifully plated - avocado smash topped with a salmon flower and encircled by cherry tomatoes. As for the 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 they were well seasoned with pepper and salt, not spicy at all. Although they ran out of 𝗔𝗷𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻𝘀 that night, we were pleasantly surprised with an off-menu treat: honeydew melon with Parma ham
Our pick was the 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 out of the three options. The use of pancetta instead of bacon brought this rich, salty chewiness that we absolutely loved. The carbonara itself had this bold pepper kick, and when we mixed in the raw egg yolk, it elevated the dish to silky perfection.
Our choice for the main course was the 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻. The sweet cranberry and onion sauces were the essence of this dish, while the crispy golden-brown skin on both the hash brown and the duck confit made every bite absolutely divine
4 crispy churros dusted with a hint of cinnamon, served with a side of hot chocolate dip and luxurious vanilla ice cream topped with gold foil - what’s not to like? Add this for a sweet finish to your meal!
We found the sake version to be our fave, offering a refreshing and light twist compared to the red wine one. Both were infused with delightful strawberry pieces and garnished with zesty orange slices, creating a truly fruity sensation
