All-you-can-eat hotpot is a good option for gathering and friends who love to hotpot. With no time constraint, it is even better as not everyone could get off on time. We started off with the chicken pot. Chicken is tender with a tint of spiciness. The onions are very sweet as it absorbed the chicken essence. After eating the chicken pot, we felt even more hungry!
Referring to the menu (bottom right hand corner), the restaurant will offer one of the following for free: abalone, fish maw, dried sea slug or bird nest. We got the bird nest with crab meat soup. Generous portion of bird nest in the middle and the soup thickness / flavor was just right.
Sashimi platter includes Salmon, Squid, Surf Clam and the yellow fish (don’t know the name). The sashimi is served on ice cubes which could keep the freshness. All the sashimi is very fresh and it did not have any weird odor. Thick cut of the salmon with balance meat and fat. Surf calm is very sweet and chewy. Squid is quite chewy and thinly sliced.
After eating the above food, we can finally start our hotpot! The seafood food platter is complimentary and the portion is very generous! Platter includes lobster, fish, clams, mussels, razor clams, surf clams and shrimp. The seafood is very fresh! There are plenty of other hotpot items you can order. We ordered fish skin, dumplings, beef, pork, corn, melon, handmade balls, mushrooms, lettuce, cabbage, 油麥菜 , cheese sausage, 響鈴 and many more. The hot pot ingredients are all fresh and clean. Meat are tender and juicy, beef have a strong beef taste. Fish skin is very delicious and does not feel greasy.
$298 is really a bargain with the amount of food we ate
