The meat pieces inside being juicy and tender, and the corn adding a nice crunch and sweetness to the mix. The dumplings were also generously filled. The fried dumplings with lettuce and edible tree fungus filling is quite nice

I ordered two types, one with corn and meat filling, the other one with meat, lettuce and edible tree fungus.
The dumplings were perfectly fried, with a crispy exterior that gave way to a deliciously savory filling. The meat pieces inside being juicy and tender, and the corn adding a nice crunch and sweetness to the mix. The dumplings were also generously filled. The fried dumplings with lettuce and edible tree fungus filling is quite nice as well with fungus adding a bit of chewiness and freshness.
🥟Soup dumplings in pork bone broth
The dumplings themselves were perfectly cooked, with a thin yet sturdy skin that held up well to the broth. The pork bone broth was rich and flavorful, with a deep umami taste that perfectly complemented the dumplings.
