This is my first time in Kwai Chung in YEARS and I’m thoroughly surprised by how much this place has changed! This office building-mall in Kwai Chung named the Life@KCC literally looks like any of the tall business buildings in Central or Admiralty and there are lots of restos to choose from for the large bunch of office workers👌🏻We went to have Chinese ‘yum cha’ this afternoon and all the dim sums were great!I particularly recommend the siu mai with abalone, the carrot pastry and the shrimp dum

I particularly recommend the siu mai with abalone, the carrot pastry and the shrimp dumplings. The abalone was amazingly seasoned and the siu mai itself tasted great as well. The carrot dim sum tasted wonderful with the shredded carrot inside the crispy crust.
