Situated right next to Repulse Bay, with its vibrant colours and rustic design, this casual Thai eatery had the perfect vibes!🐟Salmon Hor Bai Tong HKD 185~ We were very impressed by their roasted salmon red curry. I was expecting sparse chunks of salmon in a bowl of red curry sauce. To my surprise, they served us a full salmon fillet coated in delicious red curry paste!😍The salmon was cooked just right, so incredibly tender and absolutely perfect with that thick coating of red curry! 🥬Pak Boong Kapi Fai Daeng HKD 75
~ A simple dish of stir-fried water spinach that was perfectly executed. Their water spinach was super tender, and incredibly flavourful with the use of Thai XO sauce and dried shrimps!
