Our friends had booked in advance a special hairy crab menu which has 19 courses! This gives Japanese cuisine another dimension as we had never had anything as delicious as this! It is not the regular sushi but each course is done with unique ingredient like the sake, truffle, mirin, homemade vinegar etc. Absolutely to die for!
