I was too angry, so I phone the shop again after I had left, a senior staff reply my phone. After telling him my experience in the shop, he promised to give that waitress a black and white warning letter.
The waitress is a trainee, or only a summer job worker, but still, the shop would compromise its service quality if it keep on hiring these people without appropiate training !!
