七里湘絲 This was 7 different sides to go with the omelette wrap.

Spicy crab The crab was really nice, succulent, sweet and spicy.

永州血鴨 Duck in cooked in ducks blood.
This dish reminded me of Dinguan a Philipine pork dish cooked in blood.
However this dish was really spicy and it was mostly duck bones.

干鍋肥腸 This was a dish of spicy Intestines.
(Did not try because I don't eat intestines.)

Beef with cumin on a sizzling metal plate
鐵板孜然牛肉 This was my favourite because I love cumin, and there were finely chopped green beans which gave it a touch of sweetness that balanced the spiciness.

酸辣魚片 This was slices of fish cooked with spicy preserved vegetables.
It didn't look spicy but the preserved vegetables were extremely spicy.

梅雪爭香 This was steamed tofu topped with scallops.
Again, it was really spicy.

皮蛋拌青椒 This was preserved egg with green chili.

毛氏紅燒肉 This was pork belly in rich gravy, the pork was nice and tender with even layers of fat.

甜酒沖蛋
I loved the dessert because it was egg white with fermented rice.
Some people who also tried this dessert said the wine was not strong enough but I thought it was really fragrant and the sweetness was just right.
