Spotted this joint while dining at Ones Cafe opposite.Went here one afternoon to try it out.The menu had beef noodles, rice etc.Taiwanese beef noodles are a must so got a soup and soupless one with two sides.The beef noodle soup came in a rich brown caramel soup topped with tendons, intestines, beef and carrots.The side was much the same in a smaller bowl laid of top of radish.The slobbering noodles (quoted from the menu) was a little different than anticipated as there was sesame dressing which

The side was much the same in a smaller bowl laid of top of radish.
The slobbering noodles (quoted from the menu) was a little different than anticipated as there was sesame dressing which is heavy and sweet.
After tossing it together it was fragrant and delicious.The noodles were firm with a chew.
The tendon side dish was soft and gelatinous so I got my beef and tendons satisfied.
For drinks had the Taiwanese tea which was just the usual.
Overall, another option in the area.
