Last time it was soba on the new menu and this time it is Snow Crab. I love rice and seafood so this was my favourite, the tempura was done nicely and there is some sea salt on the table especially for the tempura.
Adding some to the rice made it even more tasty.
It is impressive that they have used Aomori Rice for this dish and the sushi rolls.
Snow crab with salad and ramen:
If tempura is not your thing on a hot day, the ramen salad is more refreshing especially with the dressing that they give you which is appetizing.
Rice roll with salmon roe and snow crab:
The rice rolls were a surprise because of the crispy pork pieces on top which I thought were pork floss but they were aromatic fried pork crackling which gives it a lovely flavour as well as salmon roe.
