We got a ticket and were told the only group of four waiting in the line. After maybe 15 min, a table left and it’s another family being arranged to get in. Their ticket is really before us. We don’t mind to line up and wait. But the staff/owner was absolutely misleading and impolite in explaining what happened. They just don’t care. We got a ticket and were told the only group of four waiting in the line. After maybe 15 min, a table left and it’s another family being arranged to get in. Their ticket is really before us. We don’t mind to line up and wait. But the staff/owner was absolutely misleading and impolite in explaining what happened. They just don’t care. We realised that’s a very tiny shop (only two tables for four), which requires long queueing when crowded. They shouldn’t give customers unrealistic expectation, just keeping a crowd in front of shop faking a popular illusion. That’s insane wasting customers’ time under melting temperature. And customers should be fully informed for a waiting decision. We have options. At the end, we just headed to the mall for restaurants with air-conditioned space, reasonable staffs/owner attitude, indifferent prices but likely better food quality and variety. We were just tempted for new experiences around, but turned out to be a disappointed one. No next time, what’s the point of being assaulted for feeling.
