My family and I went to a Chinese restaurant called "Beijing Home" (北京老家) located in Shop 802, 8/F, & Shop 704, 7/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai灣仔皇后大道東183號合和中心7樓704及8樓802號舖.Traditional Chinese decor-such as clay soldiers similar to those in the famous Chinese historical monument "Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor" are placed at the entrance of the restaurant.The restaurant has two stories.Exquisite delicate detailed carved wood wind screen on the 2nd floor draws my attentio

A beautiful Chinese opera actress graffiti is painted on the wall which at the end of the restaurant.
The spectacular overview of the Beijing forbidden city is printed on the concave wall that on the other side.

The yam /Yamaimo (椎山/山藥) is deep fried to crispy, crunchy fries liked texture.

The deep fried Yamaimo tastes like dried shredded squid. Very tasty!!!

Stir fried with tender soft pork jowl(豬頸肉) that seasoned with rich sauce which tastes like Teriyaki sauce.
