Another scrumptious evening at Jiangsu Club江蘇銘悅 my go to place for authentic Jiangsu Cuisine in Hong Kong.This time we had a large party dinner 🍽 so we got to try out more dishes than our last visit! 4) Steam Xiao Long Bao - definitely a staple in every meal with its juiciness
5) Deep-fried Shrimp
6) Pan-Fried Black Pepper Beef Dumplings
7) Braised Fish Maw with Chinese Cabbage Casserole - love how they include such generous portion of the ingredients, particularly the fish maw
8) Braised Mandarin Fish with Shanghai Rice Cake
9) Typhoon Shelter Style Australian Lobster
10) Crispy Rice Cones with Diced Beef Filling - love how the crispy rice cones mix so well with the fillings
11) Dragon Well Stir-Fried River Shrimps
12) Deep-Fried Pork with Fresh Fruit in Sweet and Sour Sauce
13) Fresh Made Fish Noodles and Scallop in Lobster Pumpkin Bisque (Pre-Order is required)- definitely a must try! It is so unique in taste and texture!
14) Homemade Mandarin Fishball with Vegetable in Superior Pottage (Pre-Order is required)
15) Brandied Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Moutai - the moutai surprising adds flavor to the dumpling
16) Bird's Nest with Logan and Chrysanthemum Ice Jelly - I love this! It is very refreshing

Jiangsu Club is definitely a great choice for those who love authentic Jiangsu cuisine. Besides dinner nights out here with family and/or friends, if you have a small party or bigger group gathering, they can cater for them with independent dining rooms and karaoke within them.
