1. Home Town Dumpling is a restaurant operated by Shandong people, and you can tell from their appearances and the language they speak. Therefore, the dumplings they make and served are authentic Shandong dumplings.2. I would like to try out their fish and lamb dumplings, and I was allowed to order both on a plate, five each. 3. The fish dumplings are said to be made with fresh fish. I like the meaty feeling, and the fish meat is not fishy at all. The veggies did top up the flavour of the dumplings.
4. The lamb dumplings had a bit more soup (or sauce) inside. As usual, lamb meat has a stronger flavour than fish. I do love these lamb dumplings dearly as I like lamb meat with strong flavour.
5. Ten dumplings were enough to fill my stomach as a dinner. The dumplings were so good on their own that I did not even add any seasonings provided.
