Outstanding cold appetizers. Tender chicken soaked in mellow and aromatic Shaoxing wine. Delicate pork rind jelly.
Xiaolongbao was made with a thin wrapper and gave an explosion of steaming hot meat broth.
Both fried dishes were full of wok hay, finely seasoned and combined with a good amount of meat and veggies.
