紅燒半筋半肉麵The red-braised beef noodle is superbly delicious! It has an amazing mix of beef briskets and tendons - absolutely a nice choice for people who’d like to munch on both firm and soft, gelatin-like beef. The pickles also add much flavour to the already savoury broth, though I’d like it to be a bit spicier!
