After reading and hearing many reviews I decided to go give this place a try. As someone who lived in America for many many years and has had countless burgers my whole life, this places burger was honestly just...... average. The decor and atmosphere of the shop was nice, although a little small. The service speed was acceptable. ( I went during lunch on a weekday, and didn't have to wait long for my food. ) But the food is honestly just overrated. I ordered their signature burger. It looked go
But the food is honestly just overrated. I ordered their signature burger. It looked good, but the patty was dry and flavorless. Their special sauce was almost none existent. And the worst part is, they didn't even use salt or seasoning on the burger. It's just a very basic burger with fancy condiments and flavors listed on the menu but which don't appear in reality. I also orders their onion rings. Again, no salt!! it was just a thick fried dough with a small thin onion string in the middle.
Overall the food there wasn't terrible, but it's definitely nothing special or captivating. Anyone with moderate cooking skills can make the same level of food at home. And for the price they charge , there are better options all over the city. Sick Burger is a place you may try once but most likely wouldnt think of returning to.
