Came to lunch with my wife. All the things were perfect and out of my expectation.USDA Beef Steak Tartare, Hokkaido Scallop & Crab Salad were our appetizers. The taste of these 3 appetizers were rich and complexity although it just a little dish.The Soup was Boston Lobster Bisque. It’s a creamy, sweet and succulent soup and heavy in seafood taste. For the main courses, we ordered U.S.D.A. Rib Eye Cap with cheese French fries & baked portobello mushroom. The succulent rib-eye was tender a

Our dessert was Cinnamon Pear Tart & Rum Raisin Ice Cream. The pear tart is a bit sugary, but still delicious.

All staff were professional, polite, delightful and eager to help. The waiter knows the menu very well and describe each dish in details, i.e., where it comes from, how it’s prepared, how it’s supposed to be eaten.
