Came here again with boyfriend as we were in the area to check out the annual Detour event. As were were coming up the street, we wanted one thing. We wanted the best pho in Hong Kong. We loved it so much last time, we wanted to come again.This time tried other items. I wanted a banh mi but they didn't have any that day so we went for some other items.Fresh Lime, Mint With Spices ($32). Ordered this again and it seemed they packed even more mint that last time making this a seriously strong mint

Fresh Lime, Mint With Spices ($32). Ordered this again and it seemed they packed even more mint that last time making this a seriously strong minty drink. I think it tasted even better than last time.

Pho Ha Noi ($78). We tried something else this time and chose the pho ha noi. Instead of strips of raw beef, you got little beefy bits that were more tender. The same strong beef broth was used. This is seriously the best beef broth in town. Noodles were perfect. Chewy but not hard.

Vietnamese Salami Pho ($68). I wanted Vietnamese salami as I hadn't had it in a while. I love Vietnamese salami and wanted to try theirs. The salami was slice very thick and had that nice bit of bouncy texture that I like. The broth was different as it wasn't a beef broth but a lighter chicken broth.

Cha La Lot ($68). Chose this as the appetizer. This was grilled pork wrapped in pepper leaves. The leaves gave the pork a bit of spice and the grilled pork reminded me of the grilled pork found in the bun cha boyfriend and I had on the streets of Hanoi. This was an item I had not seen in Hong Kong and really pretty good though a bit oily.

It seems they have gotten much more busier since last I came here. There is still no 10% service charge. Still the best Vietnamese in Hong Kong, in my opinion. I'll return again and hope they have banh mi next time.
