On 2Feb07, my friends and I went to Pepino\'s for dinner to enjoy the \"All you can eat\" Italian Buffet. We arrived there before 7.00pm but no one came to serve us. We had to ask for water and menu. The waitress/waiters/captain there seemed not willing to serve us but they were very keen on serving those customers who had ordered wine. When we wanted to make enquiry, make an order or even asked for the bill, they were all slowed in motion and sometimes, they pretended not seeing us!!!! All

All of us were very angry as we were being ignorant. <br />
Besides, I had written several emails to the hotel for complaining but no one gives me reply! <br />
It is really a bad experience!
