I was here for happy hour with my friend who works nearby. We were content with the food and drink. The place was very full on a friday, so we sat outdoor, at the far end of the corner. It was not cold as there was a torch. Service was generally good, except that when we wanted to pay, a tall chinese waiter pretended to not have seen me, despite that he's obviously notices that i was waving at him for numerous times. I wonder if he only serves the westerners, or he is rude to the point of delib
