Went yesterday for frozen yoghurt .Not the first time at yogo but first time I realised how popular it is as the kids came straight from school for this goodie.I have tried Yomama, Berrygood, Yoghurtime and another one on Lyndhurst Terrace (which serves burgers and fries in addition to Frozen Yoghurt but unfortunately had closed down already. I have tried Yomama, Berrygood, Yoghurtime and another one on Lyndhurst Terrace (which serves burgers and fries in addition to Frozen Yoghurt but unfortunately had closed down already. However, I do think that Yogo serves the best frozen plain frozen yoghurt.
Some shops serve their yoghurt too cold (you can feel the ice crystals on your tongue) and occasionally not creamy enough in flavour but I personally think the ones from Yogo are smooth with a sweet after taste.
They have 4-5 flavours on top of the plain ones which offers much more choices that other shops which usually only has 1 flavour on top of the plain flavour. As of ytd, there was green tea, lychee, mango and strawberry as well as the orginal flavour.
I picked green tea and Plain and even after putting on the toppings it only costed me 29.5hkd. however green tea was too sweet for me and the yoghurt flavour seemed to be lacking.
topping choices are also plentiful, only criticism I have is that the fruit choices are relatively limited compared to Berry Good and Yomama but their cereal / granola choices are fab!
Yogo also has the best system as it costs according to the weight of your yoghurt, which means you can pick a variety without having to pay unncessarily.
Shop on Lyndhurst was the best Frozen Yoghurt I've tried with Yogo coming closely in second. Third place would be Berry Good, Yomama and lastly Yoghurtime
I would rate Yogo on top alongside with the shop on Lyndhurst terrace
