This is the perfect meal, the don is very enjoyable . Uni portions are very generous , toro is really fresh (in fact same day tokyo on Saturday’s) Thanks Gary to allow me to bring a bottle of wine - always makes the difference! We tried a Montes Folly and Montes Outer Limits Pinot Noir here - both pairing well with their dishes - grilled beef tongues etc
