Cococabana is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant in Hong Kong. It’s location on Shek O beach cannot be beaten. The ocean view is something spectacular, especially in a hot and sunny day. The chef always sources the freshest seafood from around the world. I love his fresh oysters delivered twice a week from France. His pastis flambé whole seabass is to die for. To be honest, everything on the menu is a perfect gastronomical creation.
The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Love the waiter, Nick. He always has the biggest smile. I always love chatting to Patsy. Coming here is like coming home.
