Stumbled across this shop few years ago, tried the very rare Meringue, which is crisp, just rightly sweet and most importantly not sticking to your teeth. Haven't had such good Meringue anywhere else in HK!You guess right, and I have been a regular customer ever since.ps. their Guava mousse cake is one of the most creative and original too.~
