When you want to find a place with good Japanese food, look for one that the Japanese will go to.This is simply the best! I had Hokkaido noodles in Hokkaido but this store offers even better ones. The chef is Japanese!!Mr Choi Lan said we are lucky to be in HK, I think it is really true.
