Found out that one of my favourite chefs was running this place so had to check it out.The location is really good because it in on the first floor and the restaurant itself is spacious and modern.The menu is has a few items that are the same as Mustard Cafe and Bar because they are part of the same group.Started with a glass of Silver Fern wine which was recommended to go with the Spanish Red Prawn.The Spanish Red Prawn is natrually flavourful so all they put on it was sake and sesame oil and t

Next was my favourite creamy burrata with refreshing heirloom tomatoes, the portion size was satisfying.
Each one with filled with springy prawns topped with fennel foam complimented by rich uni cream.
Will come again and visit my fave chef again!
