Everything is so good, they are the best sushi in Hong Kong!! Besides freshness, the size and the temperature are just right , not too big nor too cold... the Chef strikes the right balance.The manager Derek is passionate and knowledgable about saka... very attentive as well...Unfortunately there are only eight seats in the restaurant, they have two dining time slots for dinner 6:30--8:30; after 8:30... we could only have the early session; it was a bit rush ... other than that , I could not fin
