Found this new brunch place in Central on Easter Monday and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise!😊One of the very friendly waiter introduced the menu to us. At just $158, you can choose any 3 items on the menu ranging from the healthier greens, breakfast dishes, to the more filling carbs and ‘cheats’ aka desserts. My friend picked the avo toast, the squid puntalette and omelette, and I went for the linguine, lemon tart and added an extra $40 for the pan seared salmon.Honestly, I liked eve

Honestly, I liked everything I had today. The salmon was perfected pan-seared to give a semi-crispy skin layer and remained very tender and juicy on the inside. The linguine was very flavourful, with the pasta cooked al dente👌🏻
The avo toasts came with chia seeds walnuts, giving them richer textures and flavours. The omelette was nicely done as well, by adding the more salty Parmesan cheese on top.
As a whole, their $158 3-course lunch menu is a very good deal. Don’t think I can find anywhere else with such high quality of food, plating and service at this price range. And it’s almost like having a relaxing Sunday brunch on a weekday, but with even healthier options✨
