I hope I don't get the order of these photos wrong, since there are certain foods we eat, the chef was kind enough to tailor-make our lunch menu to our likings which I was very satisfied with Loved the flavour of this fish when mixed with its sauce and the fragrant flowers.I was given this scallop instead of the oyster, the texture wasn't as soft as I was hoping it would be.These different kinds of prawns were presented so elegantly I think this was a sardine with its sour sauce.This was a seare

Since we were already rather full, instead of feeding us more sushi, the chef improvised and served us with these 2 different types of sea urchin, which we absolutely loved
