Seared toro i think and a sashimi wrapped in uni (which was nice and creamy).
Delicious crab meat with roe.
They fried the prawn heads, there was a bit of roe in it.
Since we were already rather full, instead of feeding us more sushi, the chef improvised and served us with these 2 different types of sea urchin, which we absolutely loved
