Dough Bro used to give free pizza and doughnuts to members. I have redeemed free pizza for the past 2 years. Their pizza quality is quite good. In Dec 2024, I have got a email from Dough Bros offering me a free pizza in my birthday month in Dec until 31st. I went to order the free pizza at Wan Chai shop on 29th Dec but staff said he can’t see the offer with my phone number. Dough Bro office should advice members if the offer period is changed and should have better management of their offer.
