Obviously came for the signature Australian M5 wagyu sando and we were not disappointed. Served with kewpie mayo, Hokkaido milk bread, and tonkotsu, the beef literally melts in your mouth 🤤. The cheeseburger roll was another one of my favourites. It’s the perfect fusion of a Japanese roll and American cheeseburger. Overall the portions are quite light, and you can order a variety of different things to try. The restaurant is also super vegetarian/vegan and dog friendly. Highly recommend coming for their lunch set as it comes with salad and miso soup!
Overall can’t wait to come back and try other restaurants by @bistroconceptgrouphk since they always exceed my expectations 🤍
