Last night was a simple dinner for two. The service was proper and decent. The servings of dishes were fast. The food was up to standard. However, There were several unexpected charges, and offers without addressing any hidden fees until you see the bill. I am a traveller myself. I’ve been to decent restaurants in hotels and they wouldn’t charge like this. The charged fermented vegetable was tasteless and still coats $25 even if you didn’t order it. 2人一進門問你想喝:熱茶、豆漿、薏米水? 錯誤引導式消費,不會講明額外收費,直接砍你坐下來後先叫了薏米水,先收我們$70,你沒有提及價錢直接收費唔緊要,$70那麼小杯薏米水我們讓你砍。然後服務員端上一小碗酸菜,試吃了一條,淡而無味像擦紙膠,口味欠佳所以放置了一旁,竟還charge $25。然後我和先生只叫了小杯滾水,放置在旁的醬汁碰也沒碰過,我們叫了杯滾水也收$40。我周遊列國也算是見識到香港這裡第一家那麼多hidden fees的餐廳。我們到任何其他酒店級的餐廳,一般也不會收那麼多「隱藏費用」。簡直感覺好像有點進了black店的感覺。以上的入門收費已高達$150,提供的只是:一杯白開水,兩杯薏米水,像茶餐廳一樣放在餐廳的油鹽醬醋,及一碟淡而無味的酸菜我們情願服務生serve得我們好,給$100小費,也不願這樣被人收費。看到這集團的老闆徐總背景還自稱讀過康乃爾大學酒店管理學院,我真的是覺得這集團老闆完全對marketing knowledge欠佳,沒想過「留客」,一心想宰割「水魚」。我們也是做生意的人,他這樣的收費方式真的很令客戶們感覺不適,像無良black店,簡直像被搶掠一樣。總括用餐體驗極失望,$150入場費我們讓你賺,我們也被騙得起,但以後這個集團的餐廳也不會再出席
