After a hectic day, it's time to enjoy ourselves and indulge in a bowl of ramen goodness nearby. This time we tried the renowned Ebisoba Ichigen, which is famous for their great salted ramen.There are quite a lot of full tables at around 7pm as people started getting off from work and coming for dinner. Prawn Salted Ramen with Pork and Coddled Egg
The pork has a great fat proportion and the texture of it is quite tender indeed. Together with the coddled eggs, they make the best ramen ingredients.

Japanese Dumplings
The dumplings were simply a must-order dish as the side of the ramens, as we often find ourselves not yet contented after merely a bowl of ramen. They are well pan-fried and not overly burnt so we enjoyed them very much. They were definitely a nice touch up in addition to the ramen.

All in all, it was a very pleasant ramen experience and I especially enjoyed the extra coddled egg. You can never have too many coddled eggs for sure! The whole dinner was smooth and food were enjoyable indeed.
