To be honest, the whole purchasing experience wasn’t satisfying. The front counter wasn’t attended. Both of the two staff were busy in the kitchen. I waited for quite a bit of time before one of them came out to serve drinks to other customers, saw that I was there waiting to have my order taken, and was kind enough to ask if I wanna get something. Also, these two staff were quite slow in making the drinks…There weren’t much customers, and I waited for about 10 minutes to have my order taken, and another 10+ minutes for my drink to be served.

At least the drink was good enough to worth the wait. The milk was legit milk, with a strong milk aroma and thick texture, not like those made with milk powder. The brown sugar was delightful, yet not overly sweet. The bubbles were great too, thoroughly cooked yet a bit chewy.
If you have the time to wait, you should try it out. If not, go get yourself a bubble milk from one of the other zillion bubble milk tea shops in Hong Kong.
