Had brunch at The Haymarket which brings rustic England to Sha Tin Racecourse.There were counters for cooked to order omelettes, salad and sashimi bar.At the far end was a patisserie bar which becomes a dessert bar at 1:30pm.The menu that day had burger, fish, pork chops and risotto so I chose the crab and tomato risotto.Here are photos of what I had:The omelette was amazing, it was soft and fluffy with a fragrant egg taste and the potatoes, mushrooms and cheese made it extremely yummy. The omelette was amazing, it was soft and fluffy with a fragrant egg taste and the potatoes, mushrooms and cheese made it extremely yummy. Had my favourite cheeses with bread. The risotto was really creamy with a light tomato taste. The dessert was good but I was quite full at that time.
