Free flow salad bar provides high quality cold cuts and a selection of fresh produce and cheese. Our favourites were beetroot salads, hard cheese, Parmesan, salami, butter lettuces, smoked salmon, and soft boiled whole eggs. Barramundi puttanesca was tender, pan grilled and deboned, served on broccolini, there were capers and subtle taste of wine in the sauce. Eggplant spaghetti was al dente.

Dessert was coconut panna cotta sprinkled with lime zests! Surprisingly reminded me of lemongrass and Thai treats. It’s creamy, jiggly and delicious.
